Let's see what the team have been making this week...

Ana - Hello crafty friends! This week’s Digi Choosday Design Team theme is “Get Organised for Christmas!” and I created a cute Christmas Essentials Mini Caddy to keep all my gift wrapping supplies together. It’s just the right size for glue, tape, Christmas tags, ribbons, and other festive essentials, making it easy to grab and bring wherever you’re wrapping presents.

To decorate my caddy, I used the super cute Candy Fun Christmas Gingerbread Cookie Digi Stamp, colored with Ohuhu markers, and paired it with the beautiful Gingerbread Holly Papers 2 collection from Polkadoodles.

If you’d like to recreate this project, head over to my blog where I share how I made it, along with all the details. I hope this project inspires you to get organised for the holiday season!

Enrica - Hi crafty friends! For my project this week I made a simple tag/bookmark coloring with Copic the sweet Cute Girl with glasses digital stamp and I turned out the laptop image from the Object Digital Stamp and Printable Clipart Pack in a cute blackboard. The ephemera is from Graduation school student Sentiments Quotes. The Main patterned paper is from the Student/School Little Dude set.
This collection is absolutely adorable! I'm trying to collect all the characters —they're all so cute!

Nat - Hello Everyone!! Hope you are all well. I picked the Snow Shopping- Winnie for my card today!. She is sooo gorgeous and combined her with a sentiment from the Christmas and Everyday Sentiment Strips pack. I have coloured her with Copics and added a little bit of sponging around the edges. I also added some matting with the Devine Hearts 6x6 Paper Pad that teamed with it perfectly!

Nelly - I wish it was time for the children to go back to school but alas there’s still 3 weeks left ha ha ! For this project I created a notebook/journal it’s an essential item to have for the beginning of the new term isn’t it? I used Polkadoodles Rebel flower digi stamp and coloured her with markers, the design paper is Polkadoodles scrumptious sugar paper pack. I also used an old Polkadoodles stamp which is always my go to when I want to create a mixed media effect! I think this is rather cute, hope you like it!

Revati - Get ready to kick off the new school year with a little extra encouragement! For this fun back-to-school card, I featured the Cute Girl With Stationery Pens Pencils - Graduation School Student as my main focal point. I printed her onto heavyweight cardstock, cut her out seamlessly using my ScanNCut machine, and brought her to life with vibrant Ohuhu Alcohol Markers. To set the scene, I used the playful patterned paper from the Rocket Card Little Dude Bundle to create that awesome textured brick wall backdrop. Finally, I added a collection of inspiring sentiments using the Graduation School Students Sentiment Stamp set to cheer on the recipient with messages like HOORAY! and so the adventure continues. It’s the perfect way to send some love and motivation for the bright academic year ahead!

Nikky - Hello everyone! This week we have lots of new releases in store including these lovely MDF stacker trees...they're designed to stack together in a block making a lovely decoration for a window, shelf or mantelpiece, but you can also use them on cards, decorate tags and gifts with them, string them up or make larger decorations too - so versatile! I loved decorating these I had so many ideas I could have done with texture pastes, glitter and stenciling and decoupage!
Just pop them out of the sheets. I love using Distress Oxides to decorate MDF - it's an acrylic base so it works really well and gives great coverage - and dries so much faster and better than paints! You can still distress the edges and use your stencil brushes too which makes it pretty much just like inking a piece of card!
For this set I just inked with Kitsch Flamingo and let it dry, then I dry brushed some white acrylic paint across, catching the edges to distress it and give them a scandi feel. I have 2 trees glued together here which was the 4 largest ones in the kit, but it still left me with another 12 to use on other projects! These are about 7" tall. I added gold paint to the 2nd one and then just added some die cuts. They're glued together so it makes a lovely chunky decoration like the ones you'd find in a home shop that would cost £10-£15!! Great gift and as you get so many trees in the pack you could easily sell these at craft fairs as well and actually make a profit! Shop the MDF stacker trees here and have a go...

Wendy - I hope the weather is being kind where you are and you are having a great week. I think Autumn is my favourite time of the year where I live as the colours around the mountains and in the garden are wonderful ans the high temperatures have started to subside ! What is your favourite season of the year ? I decided to use one of the perfect digital stamps from the Freddy Fox Collection today - what could be better than a super cute fox - this is Apple Barrel Fox, coloured with my Promarkers in Autumnal shades and then fussy cut out. I created an ink smooshed background using lots of orange and yellow distress inks on watercolour card and then added little stamped and stencilled details in distress oxides and gold acrylic paint. Next I chose a couple of the leafy papers from the collection adding strips of these below my inked panel with torn edges on each layer. I love the added texture this gives the design.
I had some little mushrooms from another project that I coloured with alcohol pens to coordinate and also stamped some extra leaves, adding this to the design.
The finishing touches for my card were sparkly gems and white Gelly roll pen highlights around the design
I hope you like my card and will join in the fun in the blog challenge this week. Have a fantastic week. Love and crafty hugs x.
