So let's get to the inspiration for today's new Card Making & Paper Craft Scrapbook challenge...

Julie Barnes @the_stamping_heffalump - Here is a card I made for our May challenge with the theme Ocean. I used the gorgeous mermaid stamp Ula from the Ula Swishy Tail set PD7711 and stamped her onto some kraft card. I made up a round easel card and added some paper for the background from the paper pack Mermazing Ocean PD7952. I coloured her up with Prismacolour pencils using the following colours: PC1017 - PC1092 - PC939 - PC927 - PC928 - PC 948 - PC942 - PC1012 - PC914 - PC1072 - PC1070 - PC1068 - PC905 - PC992 - PC1104 - PC1001 - PC1033 - PC1014 - PC1018 &
PC948
I heat embossed the sentiment that comes as part of the stamp set, fussy cut it out and mounted it on some foam pads and then added to it to hold open the easel card. I then added some sparkle; cause mermaids have to have sparkle!

CHRISTIN B - Hello! Today I made an easel card in shape of an oval with this beautiful Coral Mermaid behind the rocks. I colored her with my alcohol markers and cut it out with an oval to put it on my card. The sentiment from the set Coral Mermaid quotes I made inside the card with dimensional pads for making the easel effect.

Wendy - Hello everyone Happy Digi Choosday! Have you been taking part in the MerMay events across social media - there's just a few more days to go so still time to join in - why not have a look at the Coral Mermaid Collection. For my project today I've created a 5" x 7" picture using one of the papers from the collection and the gorgeous Coral Mermaid on Rocks, coloured with Promarkers. Wendy - Hi everyone! We are in the full swing of summer in my neck of the woods, and what better way to celebrate than with mermaids!! So let's get to the inspiration for today's new Card Making & Paper Craft Scrapbook challenge...

Christine- Hi everyone, I created this man/boy card using the cool Music Record Collector Gnome digital stamp. I think he`s so fun and I loved coloring him with my Copic markers. The pattern papers are from the Gnome for men Music Record printable pattern papers. If you are looking for something for a masculine card, you should check out the Gnome for men collection. There are so many fun and cool images both precolored and images ready to be colored with your favorite coloring medium.

Maz - for my May Birthday 'Easel Card' adding 'green' I used the beautiful Flower Fairy Winnie Daisy from the NEW Winnie Daisy 2 Collection, coloured using Copics. I copied and enlarged the flower several times, to add my decoration. Backing paper is from the same collection. More details can be found on my blog

Ana - Here I used the cute Happy Cactii collection to create a bright and colourful card for anyone...

Julie - I am super excited to have joined the Polka Doodles design team, and what better way to start than with a Mother's Day card. This card has layers of dimension with ink blended clouds and grass, gorgeous flowers and a sparkly butterfly from Butterfly Flowerpots. The inspirational sentiment from Perfect Peony definitely spoke to me after losing my mother just 2 short months ago. This card was most certainly inspired by her. My Instagram...

BETSY - Nothing says spring like flowers so I've used the Watercolour Flower Stem papers for my project! I printed off 2 of the lavender flower papers sized to fit an A2 card panel. I used one as a base and the other for fussy cutting. I chose a few of the beautiful papers to fussy cut and I added them to the other panel popped up on foam tape. I deepened the shadows in the middle of the cut flowers with a BV000 Copic marker. I added glitter glue around the centers and added a gem in the centers. I added more tiny gems around the background. I mounted thep anel onto some lavender vellum and mounted that on a panel with 3D embossing and adhered that to my card base. And that finished my card!

Åsa -Hi crafty friends. This week´s theme was animals. I love hippos so I fell in love with Helga Hippo -flower girl immediately. I coloured her with my alcohol markers and added the sentiment from Winnie Daisy greetings, quotes and sentiments. As I love CAS style I let the rest of the card to be white.

ENRICA - Hi everyone! For my project this week I made a tag using the super cute Wizardy Magic Little Dude and I colored it inspired by Harry Potter, the background is from the Winnie Winterland digital craft papers that I altered with black ink, white acrylic, stamps and some little stars. Hope you like it!

Judy: My DT card for this week's challenge is created for a man in mind. I've used Golf Gnome for Men Printable Bundle. I colored the gnome with pencils and fussy cut. The score card from the bundle was printed and place behind. My background paper is from Gnome Men Dad/Father printable patterns. The sentiment is included in the Golf Gnome Bundle.

BETSY - Nothing says spring like flowers so I've used the Watercolour Flower Stem papers for my project! I printed off 2 of the lavender flower papers sized to fit an A2 card panel. Wendy - Hello everyone wishing you all a wonderful week. This week were making Mother's Day cards - Isn't it strange how Mothers day falls on different dates around the world, in Spain its 5th May and US its 12th May! My simple easel card this week used one of my favourite recent collections - Noodle Panda. Who wouldn't want to receive a bouquet of flowers from this little cutie called Flower Bouquet. The pretty papers are a sneaky peak of an upcoming release - so shh don't tell Nikky ! Sending love and crafty hugs.
